Mark Sheedy West High School Renovation For nearly 25 years my husband and I have lived just down the street (west) from West high School. We have witnessed the construction of the gym and other improvements to the property and of course, the current construction and renovation have gained our attention. I would like to compliment you on the beautiful changes you have made to the building in the replacement of the "energy saving block outs" with the new windows and trim. The jewel of this phase of the project is the change in the arched windows on the front of the building. The new look is not only an incredible aesthetic improvement but perhaps more importantly, changes the face of the building from an institution to a place that is actually inviting. Thank you, too, for adding the pickup and drop off lane. I commend each and all of the persons responsible for this dramatic improvement and remain eager to see the surprises in progress. Brown County Facility, Green Bay, WI Resch Center I would like to express my appreciation of your work on the Resch Center for Brown County and the Community Development Authority of Ashwaubenon. As the onsite fulltime Architects' representative, you made this project your own. Your thoroughness and attention to detail enhanced the building construction management process. I appreciate your detailed progress reports, daily communication skills and input in the change order review process. Your contributions were key to a fine working relationship between Contractors, Architect, and Owner. I am convinced that without your fulltime dedication to this project, the quality of construction, aesthetics, and budget adherence would have been compromised. When I walk through this beautiful facility the quality of your efforts is evident. Mark P. As construction Representative for the Hannahville Indian Community, I had the pleasure of working with senior partner Carl E Winnekins. The project as a while needed alterations and upgrades to our electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems and included the installation of a new sprinkler system. I felt that AGL'S Designers and Engineers performed to our expectations. They also designed a two story addition to our Clinic which enabled us to relocate staff members to allow the tribe to construct three new bath and shower facilities. I would recommend AGL for your future projects, and in reviewing their credentials you'll see they have experience in several different use group classifications. WLUK FOX 11 WLUK - Green Bay, Wisconsin FOX 11 Addition Recently we completed the 9000 sq foot addition to our building. We had used the services of Carl Winnekins and the Architect Group Limited to do the drawings and finishing for the building. From our perspective here at FOX11 as well as our corporate perspective, the project turned out terrifically. Functional and aesthetically pleasing. Working with Carl was a real pleasure. He worked extremely hard to meet the demands this project placed on him. He has a keen sense of understanding our needs as well as those of the General Contractor and brought them together in a seamless way that we were not hassled with. He was able to understand our needs, our changes and desires and very smoothly made things happen. It was much easier and hassle free than I ever expected. Menominee Tribal Clinic - Menominee, Michigan Please let this letter serve as one of recommendation for the Architects Group Limited. I have had the opportunity to work with Carl Winnekins of AGL on at least three projects. Specifically, phase 1- the connection and remodeling of the original casino; phase 2- the construction of the tri-level building to the casino; phase 3- the construction of the entertainment area and main entrance. Laurie Boivin Menominee Indian School Board - Keshena, Wisconsin Menominee Indian School District - Keshena, Wisconsin My contact with AGL began in 1988 when I accepted the Director's position at Menominee Tribal Housing Authority. Due to AGL's methods of maintaining excellent files on all documents, communication and construction phases, AGL was able to provide me with essential background information. This service was vital in preventing the funds from being recaptured and assured that the projects would be completed. In the three years I was associated with MTHA, Architects Group Limited was the firm which provided all architectural services for construction and C.I.A.P. rehab. Together, we helped to construct two apartment complexes, sixty-five homes and a day-care facility without any cost overruns, delays or mitigating problems. I can honestly state that when MTHA received an award for completing all construction in the shortest pipe line period it was due to the services provided by AGL. In summary, AGL's primary goal is to provide their clients with the highest quality of architectural services, and to insure that projects exceed the expectations of everyone involved in the construction. I sincerely feel that AGL continues to be successful in this endeavor.
